Radisson Hotel Group in Kalamazoo is seeking a Front Office Associate to be the face of our guest experience. You will deliver exceptional service, resolve issues with professionalism, and support sales goals while upholding Radisson and GHG standards.

The role requires 2nd shift availability (3:00PM–11:30PM), weekend/holiday work as needed, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication. Training includes SOP adherence and opportunities for performance incentives.
