The role supports sales, team goals, and Radisson/GHG standards, with pay based on experience and monthly bonus incentives at $18/hr.

Responsibilities include building guest relationships, handling inquiries, promoting hotel amenities, and ensuring accurate billing.

• Able to work weekends and Holidays; schedule based off of hotel needs.

A Look Into Working in the Front Office As a vital member of the Front Office team, you will be the face of the guest experience—delivering exceptional service, resolving issues with professionalism, and creating memorable stays. This dynamic role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. You'll also contribute to sales, support team goals, and serve as an ambassador for Radisson and GHG standards. Pay rate is based on experience, with performance-based raises and monthly bonus incentives, $18/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build meaningful, positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Personalize every interaction by anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond
• Respond to concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and policy awareness
• Promote local attractions and hotel amenities to enrich each guest’s stay
• Execute daily shift responsibilities according to SOPs
• Maintain accurate billing processes; identify and resolve discrepancies confidently
• Stay current with procedural updates and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Adapt quickly between roles and tasks to support team coverage
• Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, and in person with clarity and warmth
• Cross-sell hotel services and create memorable, personalized experiences
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, energetic work environment
• Identify upsell opportunities and close sales in real-time
• Contribute ideas to improve team efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Understand on-property events and leverage them to enhance the guest experience
• Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
• Ambassador for Radisson and GHG standards

What You Need for this Position

• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
• Experience with Opera or a Rooms Management system is a plus, but not required
