Job summary

Legacy Ventures is seeking a 3-11PM Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, register them, and assist with reservations and concierge duties. You will handle billing, room assignments, and guest inquiries, providing courteous service throughout the stay while supporting front-desk operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, strong communication skills, and a focus on accurate records and guest satisfaction. Front desk software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Make and modify reservations; operate the hotel switchboard; provide concierge services.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before arrival and during stay; maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Handle guest requests, communicate with team members, and document interactions.
