Classic Motor Inn Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, register and assign rooms, confirm reservations by phone and online, and communicate guest needs to relevant departments.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and is available for hotel shifts from 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am, including weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication are required.

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with guests.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Open availability for 3p–11p or 11p–7a shifts.
• Weekend work required.

Responsabilidades

• Register and assign rooms to guests
• Confirm phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Collect payment from departing guests
• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
