Job summary

General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, personable service at our hotel. You are the first point of contact for guests and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Hours are 7pm-3am, including weekends. You will greet guests, check them in/out, handle calls and emails, assist with questions, maintain records, process transactions, and provide local information while keeping the lobby area neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using hotel front desk software and equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Assist guests with questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and room assignments.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized.
