Job summary

Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and memorable departures. You will be the face of the hotel, while coordinating reservations, requests, and surprises with precision.

This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, the ability to handle a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings, and familiarity with hotel software and MS Office. Hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient guest check-in/check-out experiences.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Think quickly to resolve issues and maintain guest satisfaction.
