Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with registration, provide information on the resort and area attractions, and help with reservations. A friendly, professional image and solid English communication are essential.

You will handle cash and card transactions, balance cash, and support front desk operations. Typical hours are 2:30–11:30pm with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service.
• Assist guests with registration, issue unit keys, and share resort information.
• Process cash and credit transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify guest charges.
• Confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Restock front desk supplies and log key item counts.
• Prepare next-day arrival/departure reports and late arrival packets.
