You will handle inquiries, manage reservations, process payments, answer calls, and coordinate with hotel departments to uphold service standards in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a part-time shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.

• Manage reservations, including new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
