Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner. Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests. Knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions; collaborates with other departments.
• Financial results and cost control: Maximize room revenues, monitor availability, and enforce booking policies. Handle cash and financial transactions per group procedures.
• Self/workload management: Plan, organize, and prioritize work; attend required meetings.
• Safety/risk management: Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow emergency procedures.
