B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is hiring for a front desk guest services role. You will process check-ins/check-outs, assist guests with reservations, and respond quickly to requests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of guest service experience in hospitality and can work both AM and PM shifts; flexibility is preferred. Benefits include health/dental insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly, positive manner and provide the highest level of service.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation; collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Follow cash handling procedures and cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.
