B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Service Associate for the TownePlace Suites Dulles Airport in Sterling, VA. The shift runs 2pm–10pm and you will welcome guests, process arrivals and departures, and assist with reservations with a friendly, professional approach.

You will contribute to guest satisfaction by knowing hotel services, local attractions, and hours, while maintaining high service standards and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication; attention to detail; customer-focused; ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Assist guests with knowledge of hotel and local attractions; collaborate with other departments as needed.
• Follow cash handling and cost-control procedures; ensure guest service standards and recovery programs.
