Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Michigan to deliver exceptional guest service during the evening shift from 4 PM to 12 AM. You will check guests in/out, handle reservations, and answer inquiries while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include coordinating with housekeeping and reservations teams, processing payments, and providing information on resort amenities and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and perform financial transactions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests during check-in and check-out.
• Verify reservation details and guest information at check-in.
• Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping and reservations teams.
• Communicate room status updates to housekeeping.
• Handle cash, credit card, and traveler’s checks per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide information about rooms, resort amenities, and local attractions.
• Answer incoming calls with proper etiquette and use of the PMS.
• Support safety procedures and report incidents or concerns.
