Job summary

Hotel Investment Services seeks a friendly AM/PM Front Desk Agent for The Earl of Charlevoix in Charlevoix, MI. The role covers check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Evening shift 3:45pm–12:00am, full-time with weekends and holidays as needed; include bartending in the lobby bar on slower evenings. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor.
• Basic computer and POS system skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
• Provide customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Know hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
