Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at our four-season resort in Thompsonville, Michigan. The role includes greeting guests, processing check-ins/outs, answering inquiries, and handling reservations with accurate billing and upselling opportunities.

Shifts cover operating hours from 7am to midnight, including weekends and holidays. Applicants should be able to handle cash, use hotel systems, and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with HMS/SMS or front desk hotel systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain an orderly bank.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in arriving guests.
• Process check-out and review accounts for billing accuracy.
• Provide information and upsell room nights to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance for guest requests.
• Record guest feedback and escalate to management when needed.
• Answer phones, schedule wake-up calls and relay guest messages.
