Springhill Suites Nashville Metrocenter in Nashville seeks a charismatic Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in, manage reservations, and answer inquiries with a warm, professional tone.

Evening hours are required; prior front desk or luxury hotel experience is ideal, and we offer comprehensive training, a Management Development Program, and travel discounts as part of our TEAM benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional.
• Strong knowledge of software applications (MS Office) and hotel platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu) is beneficial.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check them in/out, manage reservations, and respond to inquiries to ensure a smooth guest stay.
• Distribute keys, assign rooms, and handle guest information securely.
• Provide warm, proactive service and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
