IHG Hotels and Resorts in Savannah, GA is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee overnight front desk operations from 11pm to 7am, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient guest experience. You’ll handle check-ins/outs, basic accounting, and nightly reporting. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication.

Prior hotel or auditing experience is a plus, but training is provided. This full-time position offers benefits within a global hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Basic computer and math skills
• Basic cleaning skills and inventory skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Previous hotel, front desk, or auditing experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out.
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance guest accounts.
• Review and verify financial transactions and daily reports.
• Answer phones with a professional and warm demeanor, process reservations, and assist with guest requests empathetically.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night.
• Complete nightly reports and required documentation.
• Communicate important updates with management and day shift staff.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs.
