Job summary

Martis Valley Lodge is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. Greet guests on arrival, manage the check-in process, and handle concierge tasks with a focus on personal recognition in a fast-paced resort setting.

You will work 3:00pm–11:00pm with potential for additional shifts, contributing to a welcoming lobby environment. Strong communication, time management, and basic computer skills are essential to uphold our service culture.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in Front Desk Operations (hotel experience preferred).
• Knowledge of hotel front desk operations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with guest data handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Attend to VIP guests and prepare amenities before arrival.
• Answer phones promptly (within three rings) and assist or transfer as needed.
• Manage cash bank; count at shift start/end and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and maintain privacy.
• Follow check-in/check-out procedures; collect IDs and payment details.
• Address guest needs and inquiries promptly.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
