Martis Valley Lodge, owned by Schulte Hospitality Group, is seeking a dynamic Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and guest interactions. You will manage check-in/check-out, uphold service standards, and collaborate with leadership to drive guest satisfaction at a premier California property.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest experiences, and the ability to train and mentor front desk staff.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and anticipate/exceed expectations.
• Assign duties to staff for efficient department operation.
• Assist in training and interviewing new associates.
• Promote teamwork and staff morale; treat people with respect.
• Ensure knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in emergencies.
