Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a Front Desk Agent for Martis Valley Lodge to deliver warm, professional guest service and efficient front-desk operations on site in Truckee, CA. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, attend to VIPs, and maintain accurate cash handling while upholding privacy and security standards.

The role requires a positive, service-oriented attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations, hotel experience preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities
• Assists VIPs with amenities and check-in procedures
• Handle telephone with a smile and transfer inquiries as needed
• Manage cash bank and report over/shorts per procedures
• Keep front desk clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation
• Protect guest PII data
• Ensure proper identification and payment documents during check-in/out
• Attend to guest needs and inquiries
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives
