Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant work experience.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Professional appearance and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs.
• Answer questions and provide local recommendations.
• Assist guests with reservations and future bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for a smooth stay.
• Process guest charges accurately and handle transactions.
