Ivy Hospitality in Indianapolis seeks a Front Desk Agent for the 2PM-10PM shift to warmly welcome guests and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs. You will assist with reservations, payments, and guest inquiries, while promoting loyalty benefits and sharing local information.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work flexible hours. This role emphasizes teamwork, SOP adherence, and a professional appearance in a guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, verify reservations and payment details.
• Process payments at check-in/check-out and manage daily receipts.
• Promote and enroll guests in the hotel loyalty program.
• Answer calls, handle reservations, and assist with guest inquiries.
• Assist guests with luggage and VIP arrivals when needed.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
