Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a part of our team for evening maintenance and customer interface duties at our Boston facility. The role involves cleaning, basic repairs, and assisting customers with service needs while maintaining a neat, safe environment.

Eligible candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience in facility maintenance or painting. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–10:00pm, hourly pay at $19.00, with opportunities to support garage

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in facility maintenance or painting is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks across the facility to keep spaces clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and report needs.
• Operate cleaning equipment and assist with basic repairs as directed by the supervisor.
