Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and address them.
• Sweep, clean entrances, exits, rails, rest rooms, and office areas.
• Empty trashcans in garage, booth, and office.
• Paint surfaces and replace bulbs as directed to maintain a neat appearance.
• Report repairs or maintenance needs to the Facility Manager.
• Ensure gate arms, ticket spitters, and gates operate correctly.
