Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or a combination of experience and education.
• License Requirement: valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Availability to Work: may require 3rd shift and/or weekends depending on location.
• Language: ability to read, write and interpret English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the facility tidy and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify maintenance issues and correct them.
• Sweep, pick up debris, and maintain entrances, exits, and restrooms.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and repair or report issues as needed.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial supplies and keep sweep sheets up to date.
• Assist customers and provide courteous service as directed by management.
