SP+, a Metropolis company, is innovating checkout‑free parking through AI-powered technology. The Maintenance Porter role involves facility upkeep, cleaning, and customer interaction in a garage setting. Pay is $19 per hour and schedule runs Mon-Fri, 5:00pm–10:00pm.

A valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma are required. Prior maintenance experience is a plus. Work is performed on-site at the Boston location; duties include safety checks, basic repairs, stocking supplies, and assisting

Qualifications

• Able to perform basic maintenance tasks and cleaning.
• Customer interface and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Inspect garage daily for maintenance issues and report needs.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with supervisor guidance.
• Maintain uniform, professional appearance and punctuality for shifts.
• Operate basic equipment and tools for cleaning and minor repairs.
