Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; may require experience in facility maintenance, electrical, or painting depending on assignment.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks per checklists to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Walk garage daily to identify and fix maintenance issues.
• Sweep entrances, exits, and interior areas; maintain cleanliness of rails, booth, office and restrooms.
• Replace burned-out bulbs and address spills or hazards.
• Submit repair requests and monitor safety items like gate arms and ticket systems.
• Keep inventory of janitorial supplies and maintain sweep sheets.
• Operate basic equipment (sweepers, scrubbers, lawn equipment) as needed.
• Assist customers and resolve complaints with the supervisor's guidance.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with uniform requirements.
