Animal Emergency Clinic of the High Country is hiring a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy 24/7 emergency veterinary team. You will be the first point of contact, greet clients, check in/out, manage calls, process payments, and help keep front-desk operations running smoothly.

This role requires strong people skills, calmness under pressure, and reliability to work second shift, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients and patients arriving at the clinic.
• Greet clients and check patients in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls.
• Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
• Enter and manage client and patient information in the clinic's computer system.
• Scan, organize, and maintain medical documents.
• Communicate closely with doctors and veterinary technicians on the clinic floor.
• Help keep front-desk operations organized and running smoothly.
• Provide calm, compassionate support to pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
• Collaborate with the medical team to help create a supportive experience for every client and patient.
