Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Document Production Associate for the 2nd shift in our Wheeling, WV location. The role supports word processing and document production services for clients within a fast-paced legal and corporate environment.

You will use logs and tracking software, manage task lifecycles, edit and proof documents, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining confidentiality and quality across multiple projects per shift from Saturday to Wednesday, 5 pm–2 am ET.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year document production experience preferred.
• Strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for document production tasks.
• Assess requests and manage task lifecycles.
• Edit, proof, convert, and deliver documents to client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.
• Meet contracted deadlines and maintain client relationships.
• Work independently and in a team, under supervision.
