Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver1s license.
• Reliable transportation and background checks required.

Aufgaben

• Assist individuals with goal completion per support plan.
• Support ADLs including bathing, grooming, feeding.
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Accompany individuals to community activities.
• Complete documentation in the electronic health record timely.
• Engage with individuals in home and community.
• Uphold rights and protect confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical interactions.
• Follow policies and participate in training, reporting abuse if observed.
• Administer prescribed medications after training.
