Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking DSPs to provide direct care and support to individuals with ID/DD and mental health needs in Garner, NC. Shifts include Tuesday and Thursday 11am–1pm, with a focus on individualized care and meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully complete all background checks
• Must successfully complete health screening (TB screening) where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with ADLs and personal care per plans.
• Safely transport individuals to activities and appointments.
• Document care and activities in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and uphold individual rights.
• Support community integration and daily living goals.
