• CPR/FA certification required.
• Reactive Strategies/Interventions training required.
• Medication Administration training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) based on individual needs.
• Administer prescribed medications to identified individuals after training.
• Safely transport individuals in company vehicles for community integration.
• Complete required documentation in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Prepare meals and snacks as provided by the individual/family.
• Assist individuals with goal completion as documented in the support plan.
• Engage with individuals in the day program and community.
• Uphold individual rights and confidentiality; adhere to HIPAA.
