Amivie, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work Monday through Friday with a split shift pattern in Knightdale, NC. DSPs provide direct care, skill-building support, and opportunities to individuals with ID/DD, mental health, and/or substance use challenges, including medication assistance after training.

Responsibilities include ADL support, documenting in the EHR, safe transportation, and community engagement while maintaining professional boundaries and patient rights.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid drivers license in good standing.
• Reliable transportation to work assignments.
• Must successfully complete all background checks.
• Must complete health screening (TB screening).

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with goal completion as documented in the support plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per individual needs.
• Safely transport individuals in company or personal vehicles.
• Accompany individuals to community integration activities.
• Complete required documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Engage with individuals in home and community settings.
• Uphold rights and maintain confidentiality; follow HIPAA.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct.
• Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation as mandated.
• Administer prescribed medication after training.
• Remain awake and alert during shifts; perform physical duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
