The role emphasizes safety, sign-in logs, package delivery, and collaboration with other departments to ensure high resident satisfaction; requires clear English communication and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word, plus a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.

• Greet residents and assist visitors, residents' families and guests.

• Monitor safety by checking surveillance, alarms and life safety systems.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages for residents or departments and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain the sign-in/out log for residents and visitors.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns with timely responses.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents and coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned.
