Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospects, and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety systems and investigate unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents, and concerns.
• Receive packages and deliveries and forward or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out log for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Respond to concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain professional demeanor toward residents and coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned.
