Responsibilities

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents and families.
• Answer telephone calls.
• Monitor safety via cameras and life safety systems and investigate unusual activity.
• Process reports for work orders, incidents and concerns.
• Receive packages, plants, medications, and deliver or hold as requested.
• Maintain sign-in/out logs for keys and gate passes.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks.
• Ensure timely response and follow-up to concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned.
