Qualifications

• Minimal requirements include customer service experience, access control, and badge handling.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as per law.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and vendors at an educational location.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of classrooms, common areas, and entrances.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site policies.
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports for site leadership.
