Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors following site policies.
- Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, common spaces, parking areas and perimeter.
- Monitor access control points, verify credentials and direct guests.
- Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, notifying contacts and emergency services as directed.
- Document patrols and incidents in clear reports and share with supervision.
