Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Security Officer for Palisades, NY. You will patrol campus areas, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

Responsibilities include responding to concerns, reporting incidents, and supporting students, staff, and visitors in a safe, professional manner. Flexible evening and overnight shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners.
• Respond to incidents, campus concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of campus buildings, grounds, and entry points.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized access per site requirements.
• Complete required reports and communicate with campus contacts and responders.
