As a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Tablet Reporting in Santa Clara, CA, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, provide exceptional customer service, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badges is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in technology-focused office, lab, and manufacturing areas.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs and documentation.
• Help deter unauthorized activity by observing conditions and communicating with site contacts and leadership.
