Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, successful background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials per site rules.
• Complete daily activity reports and communicate information to supervisors.
