Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees and visitors while enforcing site policies.
• Conduct regular patrols of offices and parking areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials.
• Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner.
• Document patrols and incidents clearly in reports.
