Georgia Piedmont Technical College is seeking an Evening Coordinator to oversee evening instructional operations across multiple campuses. You will coordinate schedules, prescreen instructors, and support faculty and students in a dynamic academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic coordination and oversight for evening instructional operations across assigned campuses.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute accurate classroom and building schedules.
• Prescreen adjunct instructors to confirm qualifications for assigned courses.
• Coordinate faculty interviews, schedules, and hiring documentation.
• Prepare and track hiring requests and postings with academic leadership and HR.
• Coordinate student-retention initiatives and outreach to at-risk students.
• Monitor early-alert information and coordinate outreach for students below target grades.
• Coordinate Last Date of Attendance reporting with faculty.
• Maintain articulation agreements with partner institutions.
• Plan community outreach to promote programs and partnerships.
• Serve as primary evening and Saturday contact for faculty and students.
• Assist students with academic questions and provide referrals.
• Supervise staff on evening or Saturday duties and generate operational reports.
• Maintain relationships with college leadership and external partners.
