Georgia Piedmont Technical College seeks a Financial Aid Coordinator to manage state aid programs, from awarding to reconciliation, and counsel students seeking aid. Reports to the Executive Director of Financial Aid and ensures compliance with federal and institutional guidelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in financial aid or related fields; experience with financial aid offices and systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two years related work experience.
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year for year basis.

Responsabilités

• Counsel students seeking financial aid and manage state aid programs.
• Prepare and analyze reports on grades, enrollment and awards for eligibility.
• Provide customer service to students, staff and external customers.
