• Earned a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three years of related work experience required; substitution allowed year-for-year for degree.
• Preferred experience in recruitment and adult education.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective Adult Education students through community outreach, events, and referrals.
• Conduct student orientations and assist with enrollment processes and onboarding.
• Teach Bootcamp classes and provide instructional support as needed.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress, and assessments per program requirements.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal staff to support student persistence.
