Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking a part-time 1:1 paraprofessional to support children with autism in their homes across Phoenix, AZ. You’ll deliver play-based ABA under supervision, helping with daily living skills, communication, and independence during afternoon and early evening sessions.

You’ll work with the same child(s) consistently, gain hands-on training, and join a mission-driven team focused on meaningful outcomes for families. Flexible hours and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, after‑school programs or caregiving).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Availability for afternoon/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with kids in their homes using play‑based ABA.
• Follow treatment plans created by your supervisor (BCBA).
• Track progress with a data system on your phone or tablet.
• Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs for consistency.
• Provide feedback to families and celebrate progress.
