ChargeScape, LLC seeks an Utility Account Manager to lead launch and growth of managed EV charging programs with utilities across North America. This Austin-based, hybrid role manages a portfolio end-to-end from post-sale through renewal and expansion, coordinating with OEMs, product, engineering, and driver support for on-time launches.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of SaaS account management experience.
• 2+ years in demand-side management or energy/utility space at a software company selling to utilities.

• Owns end-to-end portfolio of utility accounts in North America.
• Leads post-sale, renewals, and expansion; defines program KPIs.
• Coordinates with OEM, product, engineering, and driver support for launches.
• Presents program performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
