ChargeScape, an Austin-based EV charging software company, is hiring a Product Manager to own a core area of its platform. You will report to the VP of Product, work in person at the Austin headquarters, define the roadmap, write AI-assisted PRDs, partner with engineering, and align with sales and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software product management, startup experience, strong analytics, and familiarity with AI tools to automate workflows.

Formación

• 4+ years in software product management.
• Startup experience required; later-stage startups count.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain product decisions to engineers & leadership.
• Sound judgment making tradeoffs with incomplete information in a fast-changing industry.
• Bias toward action, high energy, and drive to see work through to results.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Austin, TX (in-person role).

Responsabilidades

• Owns a core area of ChargeScape's platform and defines/executes the product roadmap.
• Writes clear PRDs (AI-assisted) and partners with engineering to build, test, and launch.
• Gathers feedback from drivers, partners, and clients; defines success metrics.
• Supports sales on deal scoping and RFP responses; tracks market and competitor trends.
