Job summary

EVCS Charging Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Energy & Utilities to own utility relationships and optimize energy costs across our nationwide charging network.

This role blends strategic tariff analysis with hands-on negotiation, interconnection management, and program enrollment to secure best-rate structures and ensure favorable incentives. You will analyze complex tariffs, coordinate with rate engineers and regulatory teams, and drive storage and demand-side programs to improve unit

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 3+ years in energy management, utility ops, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of C&I utility rate structures and demand charges.
• Ability to analyze tariff schedules and model financial impacts.
• Experience managing utility relationships across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for utility companies across EVCS network.
• Own all utility communications, interconnections, billing inquiries, and program enrollments.
• Represent EVCS in rate case proceedings and utility forums.
• Monitor regulatory dockets for rate changes affecting costs.
• Conduct tariff analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations on energy storage strategy and TOU planning.
• Audit invoices and maintain up-to-date utility account data.
• Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into energy costs.
