Job summary

Harbinger in California seeks a Vehicle Tech Line Specialist to be the primary contact for customers, dealers, ASPs, and internal teams across ownership and warranty lifecycle. You will provide technical guidance, warranty authorization, and case management support.

The role emphasizes diagnosing, documenting, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Production, and Supplier teams; travel as required; benefits include health coverage, stock options, 401k, PTO.

Qualifications

• Degree in Automotive Technology or related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in automotive, commercial EV, or field service operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for service inquiries from customers, dealers, and service partners.
• Document all case activity accurately within case management systems.
• Provide diagnostic direction and technical assistance to dealers, ASPs, and field personnel.
• Review and authorize warranty, policy, and goodwill requests in accordance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
