Job summary

Harbinger Motors Inc., based in California, seeks a Vehicle Tech Line Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers, dealers, ASPs, and internal teams through vehicle ownership and warranty lifecycle. Provide technical guidance, warranty authorization, and case management to ensure top-tier service.

Responsibilities include owning service cases from start to finish, coordinating cross-functional resources, and supporting continuous improvements in service operations and product

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude.
• Experience in automotive/EV service operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for service inquiries from customers, dealers, and service partners.
• Own service cases from initial contact through closure with accurate documentation.
• Provide diagnostic direction and technical assistance to dealers, ASPs, and field personnel.
• Review and authorize warranty, policy, and goodwill requests in accordance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments on recalls, field campaigns, and product improvements.
• Support ongoing enhancements to service processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain an annual training and development plan.
